Laplandfoto.com is the offical photographer for the LEVI 24 MTB race this weekend 14 - 15 June 2008 in Levi Lapland.

TEAM FOTOS::
We will be taking group and team photos prior to the race and can be purchased during the event.

Sample can be seen at Zero Point later on Saturday.

The team fotos can be ordered and printed during the weekend at a special price of 10 euros each.

Pack and post if needed is 5 euros per order.

Print costs will be higher after the weekend, so if you like the fotos then please place an order with Paul ASAP

Levi was the host to the Arctic Hot Air Balloon Festival again this year.

This week is the Arctic Lapland Rally in and around Rovaniemi, above the Arctic Circle.

We were lucky enough to be invited to the practice day with Kristian Sohlberg and his brand new Fiat Punto Rally car.

Kristian has number 12 this year for this event and is looking forward to putting the new Fiat through its paces later this week

The front slope was packed at midnite as the publice fireworks display started.

Its been a great year in Levi with 2008 looking to be even better.

Well it looks like Lordi is going international in a big way… All the way to New Zealand for an easter rock concert in Wellington.

Has got some of the local churches in an up roar about the groups look and what message it may give…

The 24th Ruska Marathon is to be held in Levi over the weekend.

For the month of September Hotelli Hullu Poro will be hosting the artworks of Sirpa Alalaakkola’s latest Lapland series.

Sirpa is one of Laplands most reknown living painters with 7 art pieces held in the Finnish National Art Collection in Helsinki and various collections around the world.

During the weekend of 7-9 September, Sirpa will be present at the Hotelli Hullu Poro from 3pm to 7pm to answer any questions and comment on the artworks. If you would like to meet the artist then give her a call on +358407766099.
